Refund Policy

COTLIN 30-Day 100% Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund for an unused COTLIN product.

If you purchased your COTLIN through an authorized retailer, please return the product to that retailer with proof of purchase and in accordance with their return policies.

You may return any physical product purchased on cotlinlife.com in accordance with the terms below.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.


Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that:

  1. The cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped, and

  2. The request is made within the website’s stated cancellation window.

If your cancellation request meets the above conditions, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to the return policy below.


Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.

2. To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

3. The product must be unused and in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).

4. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be unused and returned. Missing accessories may be subject to a replacement fee.

5. The product must be returned in all original packaging.

  • If the original shipping box has been discarded, please contact customer service. A replacement shipping box can be provided for an additional fee.

Used products are not eligible for refunds.


Refund Processing & Refund Timeline

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected within 2–5 business days.

  • After inspection approval, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Refund Arrival Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • After the refund is processed by COTLIN, it may take an additional
    5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

  • The exact timing depends on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.


Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refund processing begins after the returned item passes inspection.

Please note:

  • Inspection time: 2–5 business days after we receive the return
  • Refund processing time: 2–3 business days after inspection approval
  • Bank posting time: 5–10 business days after refund processing
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping error.


Lost or Damaged Packages

1. Any lost or damaged packages must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.

2. Please do not discard any products or shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.

3. When reporting damage, please include:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
  • A description of the issue
  • Any other relevant information

Promotions & Discounted Orders

If you placed an order using a promotional code and wish to return items:

  • The entire order must be returned to receive a full refund.

  • If only part of the order is returned, the retained items will be charged at the original, non-discounted price.
