1. Where We Ship

  • Coverage: We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Remote Islands, or P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses.
  • Note: Our products are also available through authorized retailers such as Home Depot, Wayfair, and Walmart, though their shipping policies may differ.

2. Shipping Origin

To ensure the best balance of speed and availability, we utilize a hybrid inventory model.

  • Major Appliances: Shipped directly from our U.S. local warehouses (CA, NJ, or TX). You will receive domestic shipping service.
  • Replacement Parts & Accessories: To ensure availability of specific maintenance parts, some accessories may be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Transit Time:

Major Appliances(Ice Makers, Fridges)

  • Ship from: Local U.S. Warehouses (CA, NJ, or TX).
  • Carrier: FedEx / UPS Ground.
  • Estimated Transit Time: 3-7 business days.

Replacement Parts & Accessories:

  • Ship from: Factory Facility (International Shipping).

  • Estimated Transit Time: 10-15 business days.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and weight.

  • Orders over $50.00: FREE Shipping (via Economy Service).
  • Orders under $50.00: Flat shipping fee of $9.99.
  • No additional handling or service fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
  • If your order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers will be provided

6. Taxes & Duties

  • You do not need to pay customs duties or import fees
  • All applicable duties are covered by us
  • If you are asked to pay additional fees related to customs or delivery, please decline and contact us immediately

7. Address Changes & Order Amendments

  • You may edit your order before completing checkout
    After an order is placed, changes may be possible only before it enters warehouse processing
  • If you need to amend your order or address, contact 📧 support@cotlinlife.com. as soon as possible
  • We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, but we will do our best to assist.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement
  • If canceled within this window, you will receive a full refund
  • Once warehouse processing has started (after 24 hours), cancellations are no longer guaranteed

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Government or regulatory actions
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

10. Damaged Items

All items are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Despite this, shipping incidents can occasionally occur.
If your item arrives damaged, please email support@cotlinlife.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or appropriate resolution.
