1. 30-Day Return
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@cotlinlife.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer without prior confirmation. -
Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it to our designated U.S. Return Center.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: Cotlin covers all shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Customer Remorse (Changed Mind / Ordered Wrong Item): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees

Standard Returns: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in new, complete condition.

Incomplete Returns: If the returned item is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund to cover replacement costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet shipped.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait to receive the item and then follow the standard return process.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cotlinlife.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right immediately.

8. Promotions & Discounted Orders
If you placed an order using a promotional code and wish to return items:

The entire order must be returned to receive a full refund.

If only part of the order is returned, the retained items will be charged at the original, non-discounted price.
