Creamy Chamomile Lemonade

Creamy Chamomile Lemonade

A heavy, floral reset. Cold brew chamomile and thick coconut fat bind together, while sharp lemon cuts through the density. It remains entirely still as the ice dictates the temperature.

Ice Fact Drop

Clear block ice drops the liquid temperature to exactly 32°F and holds it there. The minimal surface area prevents the dense coconut milk from separating or thinning out prematurely.

Why This Ice

Clear block ice exposes minimal surface area. It chills the heavy coconut emulsion without watering down the mouthfeel, holding the delicate floral notes steady over time rather than washing them out.

Ingredients

  • 8.8 cups cold brew chamomile tea
  • Juice of 2.2 fresh lemons
  • 0.275 cup agave or honey
  • 0.55 cup coconut milk
  • Clear block ice
  • Optional: 2 drops saline solution

Ingredient Swap

  • Original: Agave
  • Swap: Toasted coconut syrup
  • Difference: Toasted coconut pushes a roasted, heavy note that clings to the cold palate, whereas agave leaves the floral chamomile strictly in focus.

Method

Brew. Strain. Chill.

Steep the chamomile in cold water for 12 hours. Pass the liquid through a fine mesh strainer to remove all floral debris before use.

Juice. Measure. Blend.

Extract the lemon juice completely. Combine the cold brew, citrus, agave, and coconut milk in the blender pitcher and pulse until heavily aerated.

Pour. Settle. Drink.

Place a single clear block of ice into a heavy glass. Pour the liquid directly over the ice, wait 15 seconds for the temperature to stabilize, and drink.
