  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna. (Note: Subject to credit approval and Klarna's terms of service. Cotlin is not the lender and is not responsible for any financing terms, late fees, or credit checks conducted by Klarna. Your payment schedule will be managed directly through your Klarna account.)

(Note: All transactions are processed securely. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, or money orders.)

Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

  • Currency: All product prices and shipping fees are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Product Price: The price displayed on the product page is the base cost of the item.

  • Shipping Costs: Orders over $50.00 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50.00 have a flat shipping fee of $9.99. This is calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable US state sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at the checkout page based on your exact shipping destination.

  • Customs & Duties: As stated in our Shipping Policy, you will not be responsible for any international customs duties or import fees. Cotlin covers all applicable import duties.

  • No Hidden Fees & Bank Charges: The final order total shown at the checkout page is the exact amount billed by Cotlin. We do not charge any hidden service, handling, or processing fees. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, you may be subject to foreign transaction fees or exchange rate adjustments. Please contact your bank for details regarding these independent charges.

When Will You Be Charged?

For credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets, your selected payment method will be authorized and charged in full immediately upon clicking the "Pay Now" (or equivalent) button to complete your order. If you choose Klarna, your payment schedule will be established directly with Klarna according to your agreement with them.

How to Use Discount Codes & Coupons

  • Step 1: Proceed to the checkout page.

  • Step 2: Locate the text box labeled "Discount code or gift card" on the right side of the screen (or tap "Show order summary" at the top on mobile devices).

  • Step 3: Enter your valid code and click "Apply".

  • Step 4: The discount will be immediately deducted from your subtotal.

  • Coupon Rules: Only one discount code can be used per order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed. Promotional codes only apply to the product price, not to shipping fees or taxes.

Obtaining Your Proof of Purchase (Receipts/Invoices)

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email includes your order number, an itemized list of purchased items, taxes, shipping costs, and the total amount paid. This serves as your official receipt and proof of purchase.

  • Formal Invoice: If you require a formal PDF invoice for commercial, accounting, or warranty claim purposes, please email our support team at support@cotlinlife.com with your Order Number, and we will generate one for you within 1-3 business days.

Payment Security

Your security is our highest priority. The Cotlin website uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your personal and payment information during the entire checkout process. We do not store your full credit card number or payment details on our servers; all data is securely and directly processed by our certified payment gateway providers (such as Oceanpayment, PayPal, and Klarna).
