This is a wonderful ice maker! It looks nice, without any chunky logos on it, fits perfectly underneath the counter, and did not require any additional plumbing for a drain!! The stainless steel front matches my other appliances and the cubes are the perfect size!
I purchased this item to replace a wine cooler that was built into our kitchen. One of the difficult features to find, even in the $3K-5K super premium brands (Sub-zero, True, etc.), was 'no drain requirement'. That led me to this product. Price was also a contributing factor. I ordered this product and it came in roughly 3 days while being estimated at 5-7 days (nice!). There was some shipping damage when it was dropped off. I reached out to the seller and sent pictures. They gave me 2 options: 1. Open the unit and install it to see if it's fully functional. If I want to keep it, they would discount it. 2. Return the unit and exchange it, no charge. I chose option #1 and am quite happy with the customer service as well as the product. I've included pictures just after installation showing it in operation. Highly recommend! If there are any mechanical issues I will post back here with an update.
Purchased the Cotlin drainless under counter ice maker for our cabana to replace a different ice maker with a drain that didn’t even last a season. We are very pleased with our new ice machine! The COTLIN 15" W Drainless Under Counter Ice Maker with 22 lb Storage Bin was very easy to set up. Installation was straightforward and didn’t take long at all. Once it was up and running, it started producing ice quickly. The crescent ice it makes is excellent—clear, consistent, and perfect for drinks. It also stores a good amount of ice in the bin, which is great when we have guests over or need a lot of ice throughout the day. Another bonus is that it fits perfectly in our walk-in pantry, which made it a really convenient spot to install it. It’s nice to have easy access to ice without taking up space in the kitchen. Overall, it’s been working great and does exactly what we wanted. For the price, it’s a really good value, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

Purchased a Cotlin drainless ice maker about two months ago. Arrived in perfect condition and it has performed perfectly from the beginning. I bought this ice maker to replace another ice maker (different brand) that quit working after two years. The ice produced by the previous unit would be covered by a coat of frost within days of being made. I have not had that issue with the Cotlin. All in all, very pleased with this unit.
Clean design, quiet, creates plenty of ice. A minimum of installation work. This machine replaced a "make and melt" machine with a drain which ran endlessly. The Cotlin is the answer to our search.
