This is a wonderful ice maker! It looks nice, without any chunky logos on it, fits perfectly underneath the counter, and did not require any additional plumbing for a drain!! The stainless steel front matches my other appliances and the cubes are the perfect size!

I purchased this item to replace a wine cooler that was built into our kitchen. One of the difficult features to find, even in the $3K-5K super premium brands (Sub-zero, True, etc.), was 'no drain requirement'. That led me to this product. Price was also a contributing factor. I ordered this product and it came in roughly 3 days while being estimated at 5-7 days (nice!). There was some shipping damage when it was dropped off. I reached out to the seller and sent pictures. They gave me 2 options: 1. Open the unit and install it to see if it's fully functional. If I want to keep it, they would discount it. 2. Return the unit and exchange it, no charge. I chose option #1 and am quite happy with the customer service as well as the product. I've included pictures just after installation showing it in operation. Highly recommend! If there are any mechanical issues I will post back here with an update.

Bought this Cotlin 36” bar cooler to replace a Beverage-Air cooler that came with the house I purchased 2 years ago. The Beverage-Air was so loud that it was hard to watch TV when it was running. We specifically bought the Cotlin because of the low decibel rating and we were not disappointed. SO QUIET. Never even know it’s there. Also looks sleek and fit perfectly under our counter. Very happy with this purchase. High quality, keeps my beer cold, and QUIET.

This machine arrived quickly, packaged well and was a breeze to install. Started producing ice right away. The machine is quiet and quick to make each batch. I will be purchasing another one soon for my next location. Would recommend this machine if you are looking for an affordable space saving solution.

Purchased the Cotlin drainless under counter ice maker for our cabana to replace a different ice maker with a drain that didn’t even last a season. We are very pleased with our new ice machine! The ice quality & ice production is excellent & has held up through many summer pool parties. We’re super happy with our purchase!

I waited the requisite 24 hours before running (to let the coolant settle) and it is churning out ice like crazy now. The ice storage compartment holds a lot of ice. Buying bags of ice from the store are a thing of the past! The machine is stylish and fits well in our rusticindustrial kitchen. This is listed as a “commercial” unit. It certainly feels commercial.
