  • 0.7 oz Fresh lemon juice

Method

Step 1 — Rim. Measure. Shake.

Rub a lemon wedge along the outer edge of a highball glass and dip the wet edge into coarse salt. Combine tequila, triple sec, pink lemonade, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker. Shake vigorously for exactly 10 seconds to chill without over-diluting before the ice pour.

Step 2 — Pack. Drop. Strain.

Fill the rimmed glass to the brim with crushed ice or nugget ice. Add exactly 2 drops of 2% saline solution directly onto the ice structure. Strain the shaken liquid over the top.

Step 3 — Hit. Release. Drink.

Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately. Drink within 60 seconds, while the citrus, tequila, salt, and fast-melting ice are still hitting at full intensity.
