Method
Steep. Dissolve. Cool.
Combine the Earl Grey tea, sugar, and boiling water in a heat-proof vessel. Steep for exactly five minutes before straining out the leaves and allowing the base to drop to room temperature.
Curdle. Stir. Filter.
Whisk the oat milk and lime juice together until thick curds form—this is the physical filter. Gently stir the cooled tea into the milk mixture and pass through a paper filter until the liquid runs perfectly transparent.
Place. Pour. Reset.
