The best icemaker I’ve ever had. It makes more ice than we could ever need. I just absolutely love it. We have an outside under a pavilion that we use all spring summer and fall. It is so nice just step up and have some ice for a drink on a hot summer day. Love it.

FAQs
The IMC20 produces up to 15 lbs of crescent ice per day and stores up to 12 lbs under standard conditions.
It is best for lighter daily use, compact bars, offices, or secondary spaces. For frequent entertaining or higher household demand, consider the IMC25BI.
The IMC20 measures 14.9"W × 17.0"D × 24.8"H without the handle.
Leave at least 2 inches behind the unit, 1/4 inch at the top and sides, keep the front vent clear, and allow room for the water connection, electrical cord, door swing, and ice-bin removal. Confirm the full depth with handle before installation.
No external drain line or drain pump is required during normal operation.
Its refrigerated compartment helps keep stored ice frozen and reduces continuous meltwater. Water can still collect during manual defrosting, a power outage, extended shutdown, or humid conditions and should be removed manually.
The IMC20 requires a potable water connection and a grounded 115V / 60Hz outlet.
It does not require an external drain line or drain pump. Follow the user manual for the water connection and keep the front ventilation grille unobstructed.
The IMC20 operates at approximately 46 dB under normal conditions.
You may hear the compressor, fan, and a brief sound when ice drops into the bin. Install it on a firm, level surface and prevent contact with surrounding cabinetry to reduce vibration.
Choose IMC20 for the shortest 24.8-inch installation and lighter daily use.
Choose IMC22 for a 27.8-inch low-profile opening with greater storage. Choose IMC25BI for a standard-height space, higher daily output, and more frequent entertaining.
The IMC20 includes COTLIN’s applicable 30-day return policy and 1-year limited warranty.
Confirm the complete dimensions, water connection, and installation requirements before opening or installing the unit. Review the full policies for eligibility and exclusions.
Keep the unit upright for at least 4 hours, inspect it for damage, clean the interior and ice bin, connect the potable water supply, and place it on a firm, level surface before connecting power. No external drain is required.
The first cycle may take longer and the first pieces may be smaller than later batches.
Discard ice made during the first 3 hours. If ice does not form after setup, check the water supply, power, ventilation, and installation.
Some cloudiness is normal because fast freezing can trap air and minerals inside the ice.
This does not usually affect taste or performance. Use clean potable water and clean the unit if the ice develops an unusual taste or odor.
Rated output is measured under standard conditions.
High room or water temperature, restricted ventilation, low water flow, dust, or frost buildup can reduce production. Keep the vent clear, confirm the water supply, clean and manually defrost as needed, and
contact support if output remains unusually low.
You can pause it from the ice bin control if your model has the metal arm.
- Lift the metal arm upright to pause ice making.
- Lower it to resume.
- Check the manual if your control layout looks different.
If the machine does not resume, check power and bin position.
For normal home use, clean every 1–3 months and more often with hard water, heavy use, dust, scale, odor, or changing ice quality.
Manually defrost when frost buildup affects storage or performance.
Turn off and disconnect the water supply, remove all ice and standing water, clean and dry the interior, unplug the unit, and leave the door slightly open. Follow the user manual before restarting.
